Our Akumal home is located in Akumal Sur which is just south of Cancun, close to Playa del Carmen, Tulum and more. The home is beachfront with beautiful ocean views. The home features 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are beachside and each bedroom has an air conditioning unit and fan.

There is a beachside balcony that runs the entire length of the house. The rooftop observation deck is ideal for lounging around and taking in the beautiful views.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, Stereo/CD/Tape player, and BBQ.

The home also features a beautiful pool just out the back door.

Pancho is our caretaker for the home and he will provide you with maid service and more. The bedding in the home is: King, King, 2 Queens and 2 Queens.
